Beautiful Resistance features contemporary Native American artists sharing their views on the devastating effects of the boarding schools on Native Americans over the past century and expressing their visions on how the children of the world can gain from Tribal education in the future. Special attention is paid to the Indian School experience (particularly Carlisle) and how art sustains Native culture.
